Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Why is Excel to CI getting a Secure Channel Error after moving to 8.56?

After an upgrade to 8.56, Excel to CI templates gives the following after clicking OK on the login dialog box:

All we changed is the Machine Name, HTTP Port and PeopleSoft Site Name on the Connect Information tab.
