Slowness on loading Quote Line Items - Siebel IP 14 - Oracle 11G - Solaris 11.3

Hello there,

We are facing a problem of slowness to load quote items if a quote has more than 5 or 6 line items. We have a customized application with lots of custom logic.

The dedicated client logs show 2 things:

HIGH FDR Wrap time:

FDRLog FDRDetail 4 000000025d9013e4:0 2019-09-29 10:55:39 Total # Buffer Wraps = 40

Web Engine method:

ObjMgrBusServiceLog InvokeMethod 4 000000025d9013e4:0 2019-09-29 10:55:39 Business Service 'Web Engine Interface' invoke method 'Request' Execute Time: 211.002 seconds.

We have high ZFR file data size on both DB nodes, this is probably because the upper limit is not set and its occupying about 60% of the RAM.
