Need new Change Assistant version

I need to apply patches 30181092 and 30299135.  Apparently, the patches must be applied to PUM 31.  This has been downloaded to a new linux virtual server and installed there.

When I began configuring Change Assistant to talk to the new PUM it said "Fail to test User ID/Password: The database version is incompatible with the PeopleTools version."

CA is currently on Tools 8.56.07  I don't know how to tell what version is going to be needed.  I also have not yet found any instructions for where to get a new CA version.

Can anyone help?
