Create User workflow

hello all,

I have the below scenario and need help on how to do this task on OIM/SOA/Jdeveloper 12c.

Manually I request a new user (create user task), on OIM new user form I put the information:

Last Name: Douglas

Organization:top

Manager: John

User Type: End-user

User Login: Douglas

This request should be sent to John (direct manager). As the user not was created it not enter as beneficiary.  the default variable (playload>beneficiary Information>managerLogin) not work to this case

Does someone have some idea about how I can solve this issue?
