Field Read Only Field BC user property is working some times and not working some times in OUI.

Hi,

Can you please advise on the below issue. We are using Siebel Call Center 8.1.1.10 version OUI. it's working fine in HI but in OUI soem times it's working, some times it's not working.

Field Read Only Field BC user property is working some times and not working some times in OUI.
