DIP Synchronization profile - Attribute Mapping Rules

Hi Experts,

We have configured DIP with OUD as a backend directory server.

For DIP, created Synchronization profile to synchronise users &  groups from AD to OUD by using /em.

When validate mappings (all defaults only) showing warnings. So can anyone guide the better way to map AD attributes with OUD.

Product version details:

Identity management 11g (DIP) - 11.1.1.9.0

OUD - 11.1.2.3.181016

WLS - 10.3.6.0
