Business level table?

Hi team, I know there are 3 business levels - customer, account and bill to. It is changeable either in collections preferences for all customers or it can be done on the party profile for one customer only...

Can you tell me please what is the table name this is stored in? I am looking for a data model report of site, account, party and their business level so we can make sure people are not randomly changing these. Because if they do, that might create problems with dunning because we need to run the Collection Scoring on other business levels as well (we only run it on the bill to level right now).
