SR 3-21191268681 : Using Native OS vs VirtualBox for PUM Images (We use FSCM)

I have the SR shown above open with MOS.  This is my first attempt using Native OS vs VirtualBox on a virtual server.  I've run the script to build the environment and also install the Oracle and PeopleSoft clients for Source and Target.

Since this environment is now running on Native OS, I no longer have the abililty to just stop the Appliance in VirtualBox.  I've asked our infrastructure team to install a couple applications which will require re-booting the server.

Is there documentation on how to start/stop an environment on Native OS for the database, servers and schedulers?  I've asked this question in the SR but was hoping for some insight from Community as well.
