Dunning Letter Sending Process Failed: Missing Email Address

Hi

We are unable to send dunning letters and getting below message in the child request " Collections Child Send Dunning Process (IEX: Child Send Dunning for Delinquent Customers)"

Sending process failed

Error:Sending process failed: missing email address.

Please provide solution to resolve the issue
