Strategy not working as per score in Collections

Hi All,

We are using R12.2.5 and we configured custom scoring base 20 and strategies and tolerance is 15.

Soft 70, Moderate 50, Hard 30 and Review 10. Now we ran the Request set to generate the Scoring and strategy based on scrofing.

In UWQ scoring appearing as 70, where as strategy showing as Review. When we verify the same customer account at Collctions form there score 10 strategy Review showing.

Can anyone help where we missed the config/process to update strategies to generate dunnings based on Score.

We setup IEX: Default Strategy Template as Review at Site level.
