How to know if we had the licence for Advanced Collection or NO ?

Hi, @Christine Williams-Oracle

Please may you inform us about how to know if we had the licence for Advanced Collection or NO ?.

Our system version is 12.1.3 and the note  License/Compile Requirements for 11i.IEX.H and R12 Advanced Collections. (Doc ID 557452.1) has many mysterious things, so what are the steps that confirm if the system has the licence for Advanced Collections Module or not.

We want to have this module and before setup and working on it we would like to have an answer for the above question.
