Kerberos SSO with PT8.57.09

Wondering if anyone has successfully implemented kerberos sso in newer tools 8.57.09.  We are running WL 12.2.1.3.0 and it worked fine in PT8.57.07, but now getting an error with the KerberosSSOFilter

<Failed to initialize the application "peoplesoft" due to error weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.peoplesoft.pt.desktopsso.kerberos.KerberosSSOFilter

<There was a failure when processing annotations for application /pshome/fin92tst/webserv/peoplesoft/applications/peoplesoft/PORTAL.war. Ensure that the annotations are valid. The error is com.peoplesoft.pt.desktopsso.kerberos.KerberosSSOFilter>

Patch applied to PSHOME, deleted and recreated PIA domain through psadmin.  Started PIA domain without any kerberos settings in place and domain started up successfully.
