Adding Attachment to Posted AR Direct Journal Payment

Hello All - I'm hoping someone can help me out here.  I need to add an attachment to a Posted AR Direct Journal Payment.  We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM 19 but in the process of updating to PUM 30.  I tried doing this in our production environment as well as our Update testing environment.  Does anyone know if this can be accomplished and if so, how?
