PSCBO Stats Performance issue after upgrading db to 12C

Hello All - We recently upgraded our db from 11.2.0.4 to 12.2.0.1 . We have PSCBO stats enabled and it used to gather the stats around 2 to 5 minutes in 11g .But  It takes about 1 hour 30 minutes in 12c .

Does any one using PSCBO with 12.2.0.1 combination ? Is there any bug reported in 12c?
