is there a delivered way to add tracePC and Trace SQL to a users profile?

we are working on troubleshooting an issue with Oracle and asked put set up our psappsrv.cfg file to the below settings.

Logfence=4

Tracesql=31

TracePC=448

but if we did this global any server that we put this on would in turn crash the app within a few minutes. What I am wondering is if there is a delivered method of doing this at the user profile level. that would allow us to turn on traces for specific users without having to remote to their PCs and put the trace on for them?
