Find Definition References - Record Field when Subrecords are Expanded in Tools 8.57

Prior to upgrading to tools 8.57 you could easily right-click a field from a record definition when the field was on a subrecord & get the option to Find Definition References Record Field.

In our tools 8.57 this option is greyed out once the subrecords are expanded on the main record definition. It does not matter whether the field itself in on the main or the subrecord.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?
