Result field in Last Interactions on Collectors Profile tab is not being populated after interaction

I understand that technically Interactions functionality and forms are not Collections forms but rather TeleSales. However, when trying to use them to record promise to pay and identifying outcome as Promise to Pay and result as Success at the time of the data entry, this result is not being recorded on the Profile tab in Collections. So is there some other profile option I have to check to make it work, or it is an intended functionality and I should just expect it to stay blank?
