Dashboard menu disappears after clicking Process and OK on subpage

Hello!

We created a Dashboard, which is functioning correctly, except when clicking on the Process button on the Enter Budget Journals page.  When we click on the Process button we noticed the URL does not change and pulls up the Subpage for Budget Journal Copy.  After clicking OK on the subpage, the URL has changed and the Dashboard left-menu has disappeared.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening?  I have attached a document with screenshots as an example.
