IEX Strategy Assignements

Hello All,

I'm new to Advance collections and would like to understand how Strategies are assigned to customers? We have 2 strategy templates created say one for Agent and another one for Manager. The score displayed in iex_strategies is 50 in all the cases. But when we run collection request set, I can see the system is assigning Agent strategies one time and Manager Strategy another time.

So need to understand on what basis the strategies are assigned to the customers.
