oracle mobile supply chain application

hi all

i am new in warehousing and now we are trying to use mobile apps as the scanners at our warehouse.

i have downloaded the app on my Android phone for testing purposes but when i try to enter the server URL using the organisation WI-FI it doesent allow me to to it shows an error saying enter a valid URL.

when i try to get more infor about what seems to be the problem i get solutions like i must first install patches on the server and enable and configure the mobile app on the server and also the mobile app must granted access to the responsibilities on the server.
