steps to configure email notifications in BI Apps 11.1.1.10.1

Hi All,

I have configured email notification for odi loads in BI Apps 11.1.1.10.1  as per the below link (prescribed by oracle ).yet i am unable to receive the successful or failure email notification.

Even i double checked with SMTP ports also.its working as expected ( using that same SMTP host & ports we are able to trigger obiee agents also)
