Supplier legal name and supplier trading as name

Hi

We are on EBS 12.1.3 and are looking to implement additional modules of Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, iSupplier Portal and Supplier Lifecycle Management.

The Supplier Name used currently in Payables and iProcurement is often the 'trading as' name rather than the 'legal' name of the Supplier.

For Procurement Contracts we are keen to use the suppliers legal name, but payables and iprocurement users are keen to retaing the 'trading as' name as this tend to show on invoices and users are often unfamiliar with the legal name.

Wondered if anyone else has had this issue and how it has been dealt with?
