Is there a way to add Navigator tile to Homepage to eliminate the extra NavBar click?

As part of our Image 32 update, we alphabetized the Navigator to improve user experience.  We could eliminate an extra click on the NavBar  if we could put the Navigator on the homepage. 

Is there a way for a functional user to do this or does it require the creation of a new tile?

This may not be the right space for this question - please advise.
