Charts in Reports - How to get started?

Hello Community,

I have a new requirement to create pages and reports with bar charts.  I found lots of information in PeopleBooks on how to create charts on PeopleSoft pages, but I'm having trouble finding how to print those charts out in a report.

I saw reference in another question in the community to BI Publisher reports with charts.  Can someone point me in the right direction for how to learn to create one?  In particular, how to create the template?

Also, if there are ways to create a bar chart in a report from PeopleSoft other than using BI Publisher I would be eager to learn about that as well.
