Can I approve journal created in classic (desktop) via fluid in mobile?

Analysts are creating journals via the classic journal entry page.  After edit and budget check, journals are submitted for approval.

Can the submitted journals be approved in mobile phone using the mobile fluid approval technology? (i.e. while retaining the classic process of approval via worklist).

We're planning to use mobile approval via fluid, and we're currently in 9.2 image 24.
