Collections screen - How to remove Self Registration from Actions

In the collections screen, on the Actions dropdown, we are seeing a Self Registration option. This is creating a new FND user with the email on Collections. We need to disable this function.

In the Collections menu, there are 2 functions – Collections Launch Self Service and Collections Self Service Registration. We have removed these functions but still see the option of Self Registration under actions on the collections screen.
