Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi all, An App engine process is getting stuck at "processing" from long time. when checked db logs found that an session is inactive with below sql:

SELECT TO_CHAR (SYSTIMESTAMP, 'YYYY-MM-DD-HH24.MI.SS.FF') FROM PSCLOCK

Can someone please help on this. Please share your expertise to solve this issue
