How do you read MMDDYYY_HHMISS.ICPanel.bug? It's generated when APPSRV thread crashes and kicked use

The files is created on web server replaydump folder when user session gets terminated by a seemingly normal task. It generate several file entries on Appserver logs as well. The ICPanel.bug is a binary data file and not readable like the appserver logs. Any info is appreciated.
