Why RMS is Not allowed to create Store to WH transfer (RTW) from RMS for simple pack items

Highligthed points:

-Store SOH is handled at component level (SIM is in place)

-Pack and components can handle inventory movements (sales, adjustments, stock counts, etc.) can be done using both pack and component items

-Warehouses tipically handle inventory just at pack level and this is the case for us

So, having this, why when we attempt to create a Request Transfer from RMS we are not allowed to pick any simple pack item.
