Installing the Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server

We are trying to install Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server component so we can connect to a SQL Server database. However when run the Oracle Universal Installer (OUI) and check the available products, the Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server is not listed.

Where can we find the Oracle Database Gateway for SQL Server?

Oracle database: Version 12c Release 12.1.0.2

Operating system: RedHat Linux 6.x
