File installTestFramework.exe is missing from PeopleTools 8.57 setup folder

Per PeopleTools 8.57: Test Framework pdf. . .

Beginning with PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.55-08, the name of the Test Framework installation executable has been changed from setup.exe to installTestFramework.exe.

When installing the PTF Client, use PS_HOME/setup/PsTestFramework/installTestFramework.exe.

File installTestFramework.exe is missing from the setup folder in our PeopleTools 8.57 implementation, how can I download installTestFramework.exe?
