Reason of Deletion Journal not extractable

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 PT 8.53 with zero image update. Could anyone guide where the information is stored and how to extract it in a report which we enter when we delete a journal. Review below screenshot unable to find and make it available on a report the comments entered by user while deleting a journal as highlighted.
