PeopleSoft Test Framework: How to install with PT8.57.10?

There is only a setup.bat file to install with the PT8.57.10 version. Previous versions have an installTestFramework.exe (PT8.56.12)

I want to make sure this gets installed in the Program Files>PeopleSoft>... directory like the PT8.56.xx version.
