Deserialization integrity failure errors and invalid URL's in PUM32

We applied PUM32 in our Dev environment and are seeing Deserialization integrity failure errors and Improperly formed URL's for components. Few of the errors  occur consistently and other randomly. I am not sure what is a good to start for debugging these issues. Can anyone provide some insights on why such errors are encountered?

Edit: We upgraded tools from 8.55 to 8.57.08 as well.
