how to remove Delinquency transaction permanently in oracle advanced collections

Hi,

In Advanced collection having  delinquency transaction  need to remove using below navigation

"Remove this Row from Delinquency" option that is available in the Transaction Tab.

Navigation:

------------

Collections Agent> Collections

Query Organization

Open Transaction Tab

Highlight Transaction that has a delinquency

Right click and select from menu "Remove this Row from Delinquency".

But after  collection programs run (IEX Strategy management etc, there is a request set scheduled to run everyday), the excluded transactions are brought back to the table and the notices will include them next time they are run.

How to remove delinquency transaction permanently?

Looking for your suggestion how to resolve this issue.
