RMAN- How do you restore a data file from an RMAN backup?

Missing Data File:

We have a situation. Non Production Oracle 11g DB.
We have a full backup from last Sat. 11/9/2019.
Incremental everyday since.
The last incremental was at 2 am 11/14/2019.
In the middle of 11/14/2019 afternoon application dev team noticed they are missing a data file.

I just cannot fig out how to use the RMAN restore utility to get just the one data file.
Any help is appreciated.
