ORA-200022: 3103: Attribute 'DRAFT_ID' for Item 'POAPPRV/<ITEM KEY>'

Folks,

We did application upgrade for one of our Client from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8. During this time, Pending PO Notifications (Which is Initiated before upgrade) after the upgrade if approver try to  approve, it's giving the following error.

Please help on this issue is highly appreciated.

ORA-200022: 3103: Attribute 'DRAFT_ID' for Item 'POAPPRV/<ITEM KEY>'

Unable to approve the PO.
