Best Optimizer_Mode should for PeopleSoft 9.2 Database?

Hi All,

We have Oracle Database-12c DB+peopletool-8.56+RHEL-7 that services PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application with 1 TB of data with a total of 20,000 users.  The main modules that are in use are HRMS, PAYROLL and Benifits.

So, Can any one please let us know the best Optimizer_Mode setting to be used for Peoplesoft w.r.t. performance.
