PS_Exec error after applying PeopleTools 8.57.10

We are in the process of applying the PeopleTools 8.57.10 patch to our upgrade environment and we have encountered an issue with PS_Exec, which we use for a couple of critical applications.

We have tried multiple commands, such as sleep, mv, rm, cp, and we consistently get the same error.

The programs are all Application Engine programs running on the Process Scheduler using PSUNX.

We are currently on PeopleTools 8.57.06 in our production and development environments, and PS_Exec works fine in those environments.

We do have an SR open for this as well, but I am posting here to see if there may be others that have experienced this issue and that may have a solution.
