RPAS Fusion Client: Unable to Change Taskflow Without Restart Weblogic Server

If changes are made to Taskflow_MultiSolution.xml and to MultiSolutionBundle.properties, and then the deployment is stopped/started in WLS console, the changes in MultiSolutionBundle.properties are applied but the changes in Taskflow_MultiSolution.xml are not visible. It is necessary to bounce the WLS for the changes to take effect. This is not desirable when multiple deployments are running in the WLS.

I know there has been a patch for the above bug, but I do not have multiple deployments running in WLS and would like to bounce the WLS for the changes to make effect.
