testing tools 8.57.09 getting permission denied on SQR writing a file to network server (SQR 2905) C

on the report server, the tools 85515 process scheduler domain runs fine. i run the SQR and it writes the text file to the remote target server.

on the same server using the 857 tools home, when i run the process scheduler domain for tools 85709 I run an exact copy of the SQR and I get permission denied.

Error on line 553:

   (SQR 2905) Cannot open file '\\xxxxdev01\MHC Doc Express\Import\Payroll\EHMCDDP003PR.TXT' AS 10.

(13): Permission denied

SQR for PeopleSoft: Program Aborting.

trying to upgrade form 855 to 8.57 and this is a big roadblock.

It is frustrating. Any help is greatly appreciated.
