PT85709 nVision specific installation instructions

I am looking for specific installation instructions for installing the nVision 2 tier client on a users local machine.  The latest version of tools is twice as large as the last version we were working on, 85526, and I want to know if we can remove any unneeded/unnecessary files before pushing the tools file to a users machine.
