FSR Status not 'Completed' if last Approver is Admin

Hi,

We noticed an issue in the 'Financial Structure Request' Workflow.

When we do an Admin Approval, for the last step of a Request, from the Approval Monitor, the status does not change to 'Completed'.

Is it how it is designed or is it a Bug?

If it is working as designed then what is the process of changing the status to 'Completed' after an Admin Approval?
