Issue in Purchase Requisition workflow

Hi,

User has created some PR. When his approver tried to open that PR's, he is facing the issues like , " You have encountered an unexpected error.Please contact an system admin for assistance".

Approver unable to open that page.

How to debug this issue?

Kindly help on this.
