Duplicate Bug Fixes across Change Packages

I am in the DEV stage of a PUM Imag 33 Get Current Change Package.  (Currently on Image 29.)  We plan to apply this in Produciton next February.  We plan to apply this to our QNA environment on 12/9.

I also have a 1099 change package which is going to Production in December.  I see that the 1099 Change Package contains 6 prerequisite bugs which also happen to exist in the PUM Image 33 Change Package I created previously.

My question is what will happen if I attempt to apply the PUM Image 33 Change Package after the 1099 Change Package.  Will the duplicate bug fixes cause the change package to fail or will the objects simply be overwritten?
