How do I install patch for Oracle Instant Client 11.2.0.1 on Windows

Hi,

i have Oracle client installed in Windows 7 located on \oracle\product\11.2.0\client_1. Which contains for example all *.dll like oci.dll, ocijdbc.dll... and others folders odbc, network,....

How do I install security patch for this Oracle Client ?

I can't find this in Doc ID 2568292.1 for Database PSU. There is no product founded in Patches and Update tab.

I have also seen the Patch 23727132 (OJVM Patch, JDBC Patch) but the readme not mentionned Windows instructions for instant client installation.
