sslv3 handshake failure for pkg.oracle.com (Solaris 11.3 or 11.4 AI ISO)

Hi!

given the available Solaris 11.3 ISO AI Boot image ISO, there is curl included.
We use this for automated installation tasks to build nodes.

Since Oct 2019 this ISO image can't be used anymore, because the included old curl (v7.40.0) still uses SSLv3, but Oracle changed their settings on pkg.oracle.com to only use TLS ongoing.

My question is: are there chances that the ISO image will be updated for a newer version to contact pkg.oracle.com?

eg. the downloadable Solaris 11.3 sparc AI Boot USB Boot image ISO was last updated on 26th of Oct 2015. That's bad.
