Tools Using Different Repository

Has anyone used a different Siebel Repository on their Tools?  We have 3 repositories on the database and I would like to use one of them to compare changes. I have tried this on my tools.cfg but it did not work.

[InfraDatabase]

SQLTraceThreshold = -1

Repository            = Siebel Repository Nov 15

Please let me know if you have successfully done this.
