How to include Oracle’s Outside In Technology (OIT) on PeopleTools installation?

Hi,

Develpment team wants to include External Attachments with BI Publisher Reports on FSCM 9.1 with PT 8.55, they already added the neede PeopleCode but this functionality is not working.  They say that a library (didn´t included any name or description) is needed to enable it.

The PeopleBooks "PeopleTools 8.55: BI Publisher for PeopleSof" does not describes any additional installation for the PT.  The reading seems to suggest that this functionality is embedded on PT without any further installation or configuration.     How can I enbale OIT on PT?
