SQL Server settings to support Japan, EMEA and US region languages

Hello Experts,

We are planning to install a demo of PS HCM-9.2 on Windows 2012 R2 with MS SQL server-2014. Majority of our users are in Japan, EMEA and US regions and so should support Japanese, Eurpean languages and US english.

So, please advise on the best collation option to choose for our install from a MS SQL server-2014 perspective.

I went through below doc but still not satisfied with it.
